Location of Bakubung Bush Lodge
Bakubung Bush Lodge is situated in the malaria free Pilanesberg National Park near Sun City, South Africa. Pilanesberg National Park is home to South Africa's Big Five, namely Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Rhino and Buffalo. There are also over 350 different bird species you could spot.
Delegates can easily access Bakubung Bush Lodge from Sandton, Johannesburg or by transfer from Pilanesberg Airport. Johannesburg is located only 175km (108.7 miles) away and the drive will take about two hours depending on traffic.

Directions from Fourways, Sandton
From Fourways, Sandton, take the N1 North towards Polokwane. Then take the N4 Rustenberg Split (tollroad). Continue straight along this road until you see a signboard on the left hand side of the road indicating Pilanesberg left on route 91. Turn left off the highway.
When you reach the T-junction, turn right and continue along this road to Sun City. When you've reached Sun City, continue straight past the Zenex garage situated on your right. After about 4km (2.48 miles) you will see a sign indicating you to turn right to Bakubung. Follow the road and it will lead you to the Bakubung Gate and Bakubung Bush Lodge.
